Report exceptions - how to get notified if fixed

I often send exceptions using the IDEA built-in bug reporter, e.g. the current one which prevents me from inlining a method. But I never got any information about a fix. How is it planned to be done? Is there some issue in youtrack which I should subscribe to to get notification of a fix?

Exceptions are currently not stored in YouTrack, and our internal exception
tracking system doesn't send any notifications to submitters. Most likely
this will only be resolved when exception tracking becomes a standard feature
of YouTrack.

How can the user be notified that his/her reported exception is fixed?
Should we rather report the exceptions to YouTrack ourself instead of using
the IDEA bug reporter? Please understand me: I want to get to know when
Inline Method works fine again.

Hello Tom,

If you have a specific known scenario that causes an exception, it's perfectly
OK to report it as a bug in YouTrack.

How can the user be notified that his/her reported exception is fixed?
Should we rather report the exceptions to YouTrack ourself instead of
using the IDEA bug reporter? Please understand me: I want to get to
know when Inline Method works fine again.
