Focus lost on ctrl+(shift)+n

Hi

It's very cumbersome with this feature. If you have enabled "select windows when the mouse moves over them" in Ubuntu/Debian, the focus of the most important window gets lost if your mouse cursor is outside of the list that appears while you're typing...

Is it possible to fix that, don't treat that little pop-up as an individual window?

Cumbersome only begins to qualify this. Could understand why `git diff` was displaying jargon in code.

I can confirm this issue on Arch using IntelliJ IDEA 2017.1.2
