IntelliJ 10.0.0.3 Not saving modules

Hello Tom,

Are there any exceptions in ~/.IntelliJIdea10/system/logs/idea.log ?

I am working with IntelliJ 10.0.0.3 on Ubuntu.  Everytime I close my
IDE and then start it up the next morning modules are missing.  I have
re-add some of the modules the next morning.  I used IntelliJ 9 for a
long time and never had this problem until I recently switched to a
new machine and installed IntelliJ 10 on it.  This seems odd to have
to setup certain modules everyday.  Any suggestions?

I am looking in my idea-IU-103.72 folder and I don't see any idea.log or any .log file in there.  I don't see a system folder under my idea folder.

This is what I see:

Please read my previous message again. It specifies the exact path to the
log file, which is not located in your idea-IU-103.72 folder.

Here is the idea.log.  One of the modules I don't see is the daf module.  Could the iml file be corrupt?
