anything equivalent to vs2010 "command window"?

Does IU10 have something akin to visual studio's command window (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/c785s0kz.aspx)? This lets you execute commands directly by typing them rather than invoking them via a keybinding. Can be useful for understanding the effects of commands. Thanks.
