Intellij hangs on todos search on OSX at startup

4 out of 5 times that I startup IntelliJ on OSX it will hang on the todos search and I have to force quit the application . I am running OSX tiger 10.4.1 with java 1.5. (it doesn't matter if I use 1.4 or 1.5).

I never had any problems with IRIDA on Panther. Are any other MAC users experiencing this problem?

Known issue, has been reported many times and is in Jira as well.
