Improving the Devkit deployment menu/action

Yes, but keep it in the context menu too (like make and compile).

Yes, the module .iml file's directory seems rather arbitrary.

As long as it has:

Don't show this dialog again.


Or maybe add a checkbox to the settings dialog:

Confirm output path when preparing to deploy

Add an "success" message

I think I'd prefer a "failure" message - other things in IDEA succeed
silently but let you know if they fail. Maybe use a "Deploy" tab in the
Messages toolwindow to show progress, hiding it if there's no error? It
could also be used to report errors deploying to the plugin sandbox?
