huge timeout while collecting data in debug mode

I'm trying to debug my Web Application in WebLogic. When it stops at some break point and starts to collect data it falls to sleep and does nothing. After 5-10 minutes I'm getting the data and everything goes smoothly, until next break point.
Do you have any idea why is that?
I have IRIDA 3273 installed but it happens even before this build.

Yes, am having the exact same problem with JBoss. At first I thought it was an issue with the JBoss plugin, but, now it looks more and more like IDEA! D'oh...

This has been fixed already, the fix will be available in the next EA build

It still takes a lot of time. using the 3316 build
