I thought the error reporting service was restarted, but I'm guessing it didn't come back up correctly. It says it fails, but succeeds anyway. You probably submitted these:

I did't mean the proxy error:-) Those where tracker entries when I posted them. The tracker is getting more broken it seems.

I just assumed something was broken in 3290. Have to work to the first noticable bug in 3296
