Possible JPA Facet bug?

I just created a new Maven-based project, and then added Hibernate libraries to my pom.xml as follows:

        <project.build.sourceEncoding>UTF-8</project.build.sourceEncoding>
    </properties>


    <dependencies>
        <dependency>
            <groupId>junit</groupId>
            <artifactId>junit</artifactId>
            <version>3.8.1</version>
            <scope>test</scope>
        </dependency>


        <dependency>
            <groupId>hibernate</groupId>
            <artifactId>hibernate-entitymanager</artifactId>
            <version>3.4.0.GA</version>
        </dependency>


    </dependencies>
</project>



Then I pressed the Module button on the toolbar to add the JPA facet to my project (by the way, what happened to the module settings context menu of the Project view?).

Now IDEA complains javaee.jar is not present. Why is it needed? All the stuff I need are provided by the Hibernate library already.

JetBrains!? Hello!? Anybody monitoring this forum? I receive more feedback to my bug reports than the questions I post to this forum.
