Can own code templates be created? Follow

Hello sjalv,

The templates in the "Code" tab are used by specific actions in IntelliJ
IDEA, so it makes no sense to add any user ones there. You can define your
own code templates in Settings | Live Templates.

I noticed another curiosity in File Templates view: the add button in
the code template tab is disabled in both community and ultimate
editions. Is this on purpose or a bug? Naturally I just came up with
several code template ideas, and would like to able to add them.
