What does it mean, "The build contains Fabrigue-related fixes", for 3245?

What does it mean, "The build contains Fabrigue-related fixes", for 3245? Does this mean fabrique is in IDEA!? If so, then how do you get to it, if not, then that was one hell of a tease ;)

Fabrique now is an Idea plugin, but you'll have to install (and later buy, AFAIK) it separately:
