Pin Active Tab menu item is broken in IDEA 10 UE

If I right click on an un-pinned editor tab, the "Pin Active Tab" menu item is grey.  Surprisingly if I mouse over it and click it anyways the tab gets a pinned icon. After doing that if I right click on it again even though it is visually pinned the menu still have the greyed out "Pin Active Tab" item.
