Problems with Youtrack?

Hello JetBrains team,

A couple of days ago I noticed something strange in youtrack: chronological order of comments is totally wrecked for some issues.
Take http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-58689 as an example:

Any ideas what might have caused it?

Another problem I've been having for weeks now is an inability to link two issues in IDEA project. I can link IDEA issues to issues from other projects though.

It's a known bug, fixed by now: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/JT-7631
Jetbrains YouTrack instance should by upgraded soon, I assume :)

Good to know that the fix for comment ordering is in the pipeline.

Does anybody else have problems with issue linking?
