introduce field + selection

#4.5.3 does not let me e.g. introduce field,
when the local variable is selected:

Vector abc = someMethodCall();

selection is on abc " -> ctrl-alt-f -> "cannot perform recfactoring"
it is only possible when the cursor is on abc , without
selection.
