Any news about the Tracker cleanup?

Just wanted to get a status update on when the long-awaited Tracker cleanup is going to happen. I have a bunch of issues that I would love to see fixed / implemented that haven't even been assigned to anybody yet.

I don't want to do anything about them before I know exactly what to do to get them processed.
