Does Jetbrains watch closed bugs?
I recently found a workaround for a bug that was closed in the tracker. I posted a response to that bug, but I wasn't sure if anyone would still be watching the closed bug.
In this case the bug was closed as an issue with the JDK (dialogs are modal to an application rather than a frame). It is a legitimate JDK issue, but there appears to be a workaround. Since the workaround became apparent after the bug was closed, I don't know if anyone got the message. Should I create a new bug?
In this case the bug was 37281, but the same question applies to any bug.

Multiple Modal Dialog Problems" was updated. -
Hello Maxim Mossienko,
You are watching the forum topic "#37281- Multiple Modal Dialog
Problems" at the IntelliJ Technology Network.
It was updated by Bryan Young. The new message is:

Dave is right. Although this is a bug in Swing, there is a workaround
(the jmodalwindow project). Ignoring this solution makes a joke out of
Idea's multiple project capabilities. Even the compile dialog in one
project keeps the user from working in the other project.

The answer is yes, they do see updates to closed bugs.
