Is there a request in the tracker for...

I thought I filed such request for Perforce plugin(s) but cannot find it.
It would be very good to file it so it doesn't get forgotten.

and I fill everything in and hit ok, IDEA then tells me that the file is not
checked out, and asks me to check it out. If I hit yes, the action I just did
