includeIn attribute in Flex seems unsupported.

In my Flex4 module, I have a spark Group that I would like to only include in a specific state. When I try to add the includeIn attribute to the Group element, I see the red highlight on the attribute signaling that it is not supported.

I am using IU 96.802.
