What happened to HotSwap debugging?

Back in the pre 4.0 builds HotSwap debugging was added to allow
swapping out of classes at debug time. This was the coolest thing
since sliced bread. Sometime before 4.0 came out officially it just
stopped. I have Reload classes after compilation set to Ask. It
doesn't work on Linux it doesn't work on OS X. None of my colleagues
have seen it work either lately. Any suggestions. We are on 4.5 now.

I have it turned on to Ask. However, it never asks. Am I missing something?

Strange indeed. Works for me like a charm on MacOS X.

Works very well for me in Linux as well.
