Plugin: RFE log4j.properties

Maybe the developer of the Properties-plugin can do this?

you have some log4j log.debug statements in your code
(say in class some.package.MyClass)
and want to make sure that you have this enabled in
your log4.properties:

#log4j.logger.some.package.MyClass=DEBUG

-> if this would be possible via sth. like alt-enter->"enable log4j DEBUG", it would really help me lazy guy a lot ;)
