Environmental variables within Tomcat run config not being saved after restart of Intellij

This bug is already fixed in IDEA 9.0.3 EAP builds. As a workaround you can disable Osmorc plugin.

The following environmental setting (Catalina.base) when added to the debug configuration keeps disappearing after I restart my IDE.  Any ideas?
