Remote debugging and "Terminate" option

Hello-

I am debugging using a "Remote" debug configuration to attach to a remote JVM. In the past, when I quit the debugger, I got a dialog box asking if I wanted to also terminate the remote JVM. Now, in 2218, I don't get this dialog box, and I can't see any option to terminate the remote JVM.

What happened to this option?
