Plugin List not Loaded 4.0.3?

It seems that the plugin list can not be loaded using intellij 4.0.3. Is this just me or are others having the same problem? Is this in preparation for changes in 4.5?

Do you happen to know what machine name and ip address it is trying to access? Maybe the firewall nazi's have disabled it.

I can get to http://plugins.intellij.net but my 4.0.3 will not load plugins. Anyone have any ideas? Since I have a license is support available from jetbrains?
