Is there a way to preview the design of a Flex mxml?

Another IntelliJ newbie.

The IDE is everything said about it. Its seems to be missing a few things preventing me from buying.

Is there a way to preview a Flex design?

I didn't see any Rails support I may have missed it in the supported languages.

Not yet. See http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-54101

Open Settings | Plugins | Available and install Ruby plugin.
Its functionality is the same as in a dedicated IDE: http://www.jetbrains.com/ruby/index.html
