Recent Files panel

A while ago, I noticed that the recent files was in it's own panel on
the right, like the Ant Build, etc.

Is this still available? I can't find it.

It had the contents of the CTRL+E, but it was a panel that you could
pin. It would have come in really handy because I had to make a bunch
of changes to 5 files. I had to keep going back and forth.

Have a look at the Workspaces plugin, you might find it helpful for this kind of stuff.
