Strange project behaviour

I have multi-moduled project. One of the modules appears in several (2) different projects. After playing some time with dependencies between modules I am facing the situation when IDEA cannot recoignize (find) source files from the same package located at the same place.

Am I the only one, or someone also have experienced something like that.
