Loosing Plugins on reinstall

Known bug.

Trying changing your plugins directory to somewhere other than IDEA_HOME. Do
this with the -Didea.plugins.path= option for lax.nl.java.option.additional.

If you install the new version in a new directory, then
you can just copy the plugins from the old IDEAxxx/plugins directory to the new IDEAxxx/plugins directory.

It would be nice if jetbrains could carry these over for you automatically. It would be one less thing to do when installing a new EAP.
