Can't create new files sometimes

Has anybody else noticed this behavior: After working with IDEA for some time (and perhaps doing some refactorings) you suddenly can't create new files (classes, interfaces or anything) anymore. They are all grayed out in the context sensitive menu. The only thing that I can create are new packages.

After restarting IDEA, everything works fine again..

I'm using build 2111 but I have noticed this also in earlier builds.

Yes, several bugs were filed and it's fixed in 2120. Unfortenately that
build hasn't been released yet.
