often components in palette are project specific. That's why we have
implemented project level palette.

It planned for import/export?
And also i can make worked TextWithBrowseButton component in toolbar. Would
it be fixed?

I got it working. I just had to add ComponentWithBrowseButton and
FixedSizeButton to the palette and to import icons.jar and trove4j.jar.
