CVS Reformat Code

This would be nice, because i have some generated xml files that are very very large 23,000 lines+.

When idea tries to reformat them it choaks if i don't remember to uncheck reformat on the commit dialog it locks up really bad. Thankfully they don't change very often.

I've noticed this problem sometimes too, but just worked around it at
the time. Could you submit a tracker issue please?
