We can export Module Libraries now... almost ;-(

I am not sure since when but we can now export Libraries of Modules to dependent Modules:
Go to the Order tab of the Module settings (yes I know not very intuitive see http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=33445)
Well in fact we can in the UI only. However I could not make it work. Whether I export Module, Project or Global libraries, I am still getting undefined exported classes ;-(

Since the feature request http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=21410 wasn't mark as complete nor scheduled for Pallada I am not sure it is just an incomplete feature that shows up too early in the last 2 eap builds (I could only test 2051)...
Please tell me it is true and you are going to provide Library export. I and the 11 other people that voted for this would be very happy.

It seems to work for me. I have the following setup:

Module A uses some libraries which it also exports

Module B depends module A only (no libraries)

Module C depends module B only (no libraries)

Everything compiles fine and module C needs module A as well as module
A's libraries to compile.

We are planning to provide this. It is only not tested well enough yet, so
we did not announce it. We need to do some testing to decide whether we can
make this working smoothly in the little time that we have left until
Pallada release. Chances are high that we will. You are welcome to file
SCRs on this.

Cheers,

You seem to persist on this point. What makes you think so?

Dmitry, it was a joke. I don't expect anybody lining you up especially on such ridiculous thing. I hope you understood this from the beginning. Some issues have generated a lot of frustration (J2EE support for example) lately and I thought we could use a joke.
In addition I just realized I forgot the negation on my last sentence so my joke continuation completely failed. I intended to say that since you added support for exporting (thank you again for that!), you obviously did not get brainwashed to say "Not in 4.1" always...
