*Definitive* List Of What Beneath .idea Should Live In VCS?

Is there a definitive and comprehensive list of:
1) What files beneath the .idea directory should be ignored by the
VCS?
2) What files are advisable to track in VCS?
I have seen other forum threads and there is some advice out on the
