Idea 9.1, building ear file deploying to Websphere 7.0

Friends,

I would appreciate some help on this issue.

I am trying to get our team to move off RAD towards IntelliJ Idea 9.0.  In this direction I have a few questions.

a. I am trying to build ear files but I am missing some steps since there are no clear guidelines in the help file I could find.

b. I am also trying to see how I can deploy the ear to WAS 7.0 (Websphere Application Server)

c. Should I build exploded or unexploded j2ee ear file or archived one ?

d.  Any guide on how to do this in Tomcat is also appreciated ?
