JSP Ctrl-Space taking forever... please reopen

We still see this problem in 4.0. I've posted a few stacktraces in there.

I am responsible for this bug now. I tried to repeat it on some project, but unsuccessfully -- I didn't notice any serious slowness. Maybe you can send me an example of such "slow" project to my email?
