Adding Extra Components in UI Builder 2013

Can I add extra components in the UI builder in 2013? I have tried to follow
the manual but the project settings have changed and none of the buttons
seem to do anything. To start with I was just trying the extra swing objects
from intellij.org but would like to add my own componets and those from
JideSoft.
