cvs commit

There should be the error tab in the cvs tab with "up-to-date check failed
conflict" error message.

There should be the error tab in the cvs tab with "up-to-date check failed

If I remember correctly it used to show something like this in the
dialog. However I probably can survive with error tab. Kiitos.

CVS shows its errors and warnings in the error tab (like compiler) because
of it allows navigate to files,hide warnings, etc
