Annoying saved application geometry behavior

This has irritated me for a while, but I see it in many other Java
applications as well, so I haven't submitted an issue in tracker for it.

When IDEA is shut down while it is maximized, it remembers the size of the
application window as filling the full screen area, not the size it was
prior to being maximized. So the next time it is started, it is maximized,
which is fine, but if you click on the restore button it is no longer
maximized, but remains the size of the full screen area.

I believe that this is probably default behavior of a Swing application,
however, I would be surprised if it can't be overridden.
If anyone knows for sure if this can be overridden please let me know so I
can submit an issue. Otherwise, I don't want to waste Jetbrains time with
an unfixable issue.

Thanks,

Tim
