Problem when creating Flex Module Project

Hi there.
So I've been using IntelliJ for a couple of days now. I feel, the IDE is great and everything but the thing that bothers me is that I cannot create a Flex Project.
When I select project to be based on a Flex Module, set everything up and click finish i get this error:

I would like to notice, that I am using IntelliJ IDEA 9.0.2 (94.192)
Cheers!

The problem seems to be not related to Flex. Are you able to create a new project with Java module? New project without modules? Add Flex/Java module to existing project?

Yes, I can create Java project.
Adding module to the existing project seems to be ok too.

The problem is probably in dollar characters ($) in path to project. This is not acceptable for directory-based projects. Please try a different project name/location or use file-based (*.ipr) project.

So it worked, thanks.
