GoTo Declaration doesn't work properly anymore

With Idea 9.0.1, GoTo Declaration/Implementation doesn't seem to work
as expected anymore.

I'm using Idea with OsX 10.6.2

Whether I use OPtionCmdB, Cmd+click, or green implementation symbolin
the gutter, it doesn't put the cursor on the declaration/implementation.
The declaration/implementation seem to appear in the middle of the
page, but the cursor is not positioned where it should be.

Is it possible that I mistakenly configured it that way?

Could the VIM plugin be repsonsible for this behavior - even when turned off?

That's the 2 only possibilities I can see.
