Although the EAP makes no mention of it, it appears that a 4.0.1 release has been made available. When I downloaded and installed it, it identifies itself has build 1178

Oh, great. I just upgraded to 1177 five minutes ago and now I'll have to shut it down and update it again. And still no announcement for 4.0.1 in either of the two announcements newsgroups.
Could we please have announcements for all release versions in non-EAP newsgroup, and preferably also in the EAP newsgroup, so that there's one place to check for updates?

Sorry if it sounds like I'm getting all worked up about nothing, but the same thing happened for 4.0 and the various anonymous updates to 4.0 that were never announced anywhere.
