IntelliJ 9 and application.xml

Hello,
In IntelliJ 8 I could easily manage things like context roots of my WARs (which would update my application.xml), manage how the dependencies etc should all be placed inside of the EAR.

I see that I can manage how the EARs/WARs are configured via the Artifacts section of my module settings, however how can I have it configure my application.xml for me?  If I put a WAR facet and JEE facet in the same module, it puts it in there for me, but not when they are separate modules where the root module is my project + JEE facet.

(I know I can just modify the application.xml manually, but if there is a more convenient way that I am just not seeing, I would prefer to use it)

If EAR artifact contains some Web/Ejb facet which aren't registered in application.xml the corresponding error message will be shown in the artifact
editor with "Fix" button to register these facets in application.xml. However after that there will be no way to edit application.xml from Project
Structure dialog.
