not error - just inconsistence
When I have Ctrl key pressed and I mouse over the interface/class I have nice hand and tooltip which provide some additiona details about this class. After click I go to that class/interface.
If I press CtrlAlt and mouse over the interface there is no hand nor tooltip. After I click I go to the implementation of the interface. My expectation is that at least hand shoud appear after I mouse over interface with CtrlAlt pressed, so it is clear that iths is clickable and some action will bi fired.

Description:
I often use keeping CTRL prssed and mouse over a target that gets
highlighted as hyperlink to click.
this works for plain GOTO (declaration) and also GOTO type declaration
by presseing also SHIFT
If i press CTRL ALT to go to IMPLEMENTATION (wonderful feature) the
hyperlink representation goes away (although the text is still clickable
even if one would not think so, and navigation works).
