HotSwap broken in 1131

Anyone else seeing HotSwap going from really bad (it worked but was really slow in the most recent builds) to just plain broken in 1131? IDEA locks up entirely before even asking me if I want to do HotSwap for my code. That basically means I can't run anything in debug mode if I plan to compile something.

What happened to HotSwap? It seems to have this same delay I see when doing a build and when running unit tests? In the old releases (9xx) it was blazingly fast! Someone please fix this hiccup problem :(

Work for me Pat. Try switching to so that it doesn't ask you to HotSwap
so it actually either does it auto, or doesn't ask you at all... but
that means no HotSwap
