Refactor menu now context sensitive
Working sets support in Type Hierarchy view: arbitrary set of classes to be used when displaying a class hierarchy.
Type filters: filter out packages/classes from open type and auto-import.
Incremental content assist: in completion common prefix are automatically added to the completion.
Multi-stroke assistance: List the list of multi-stroke shortcuts that match the first keystrokes typed

Search context: directly search in workspace, project, hierarchy or custom working set (arbitrary set of classes/packages).
Opened up refactoring process/listeners: now plugins can participate into refactorings (rename, delete...)
