JSP's not being recognized in 8.1.3
The JSP is being considered an HTML page. Furthermore, there is no JSP (or Java Server Page or anything similar..) file type in the associations dialog. I never had this issue in version 7 or 6.
Help appreciated.

A coworker discovered the answer:
During installation of the IJ8 the following are supposed to be "enabled":
