webapps in 1108?
have they vanished? they may have vanished some time ago, I've just gone to edit a jsp and seem to have lost the tag support. I also cant see where to re-enable it...
am I missing something?

Yes, you're missing web modules. Look at the J2EE forum, there you will find plenty of information. And look at this one: http://www.intellij.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/WebModules
