Synchronization of files from external changes doesnt work...

Hi.

Lately for some reason intellij stops synchronizing on external changes of files. It is crucial for me and I cant work properly without it.

I tried everything. I reinstalled intellij, I deleted the caches under user/intellij/system and the config, everything.

But still, it wont synchronize on external changes.

Im on winxp and latest 8.1.3 intellij version.


What should I do ?
