Updating Modified Files appears over and over for no reason.

As my Idea 7.0.3 sits idle, after I installed the JetGroovy plugin, my web project thinks all the jar files in my web project have changed. It will appear over and over again scanning through all of my jar files in my WEB-INF/lib and my dependency libs. Has anyone else experienced this behavior? I have to keep killing and restarting, it will work for a while then once it starts it doesn't stop. I checked the timestamps on all my libs and they haven't changed. Does anyone know what makes intellij think they were modified to trigger this? Its even going through the JRE lib folder. As soon as it finishes, it just starts right back up again!

Setup:
IntelliJ 7.0.3
Ubuntu Hardy Heron/Gnome
simple multi module project with one java module and one web one.

Yes, I have te same issue, with a near-identical setup. Sometimes it ends up hanging, sometimes it runs out of memory, sometimes it manages to get itself under control again. This is very annoying -- I can't even get to the settings window to try things to get it to not keep re-indexing, as the indexing window is modal and has no cancel button. Oh, how I loathe modal windows. It is very obvious that it keeps rescanning the JDK and WebLogic jar files, but there's no indication of which files it thinks are changed. It appears to be likely to happen after I do an Ant build, so I suspect it gets confused about some of the generated files, but with no hints as to which files it thinks have updated, and hardly being able to get to the settings menu, it's very hard to work with.

I'm having the same issue. The "Updating Modified files" dialog comes up everytime I run an Ant build, even if I run from within Intellij. Is there a way to turn this off? I just upgraded and for the first time in years, I'm finding it difficult to be productive with Intellij.
