PlugIn update

Hi.

It seems that there is no way to update the list of available plug-ins once
it's read once. That means that if IntelliJ is left running and a new
plug-in version is released, IntelliJ won't see it until it is restarted.

Is this true? If so, there is probably a need for a refresh button.

why cant i import my old plugins from my previous installation?
instead of manually copying and pasting them in the new installation or downloading them again. why not provide a choice during the installation process were even the plugins used in a previous version will be imported with my other settings ?

cheers,
parthi.
