I like the new Settings panel... but here's a suggestion
The new settings panel is non-modal and you can keep it open while you work... I guess it's for those periods when you have a lot of configuring to do!
Why not put the settings in the usual colapsable/mdi/floating window like you have all the other peripheral tools (I'm thinking of the Project, ANt, Commander, etc windows)
At the moment if i leave this window open it just hangs out very un-ellegantly on top of everything like it's nobody's business...

eh..may I say that this is a great idea ;)
At least setup for project (paths, libs, modules) could be done this way. Other things I (we?) don't change that often (code style, colors etc.), could stay where they are..
I am reffereing to the window with all the icons... not to individual config windows.
